Thomas J. Dudley

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and son, Thomas (Tom) J. Dudley, 53 of Moses Lake passed away Thursday, Aug. 17, 2006 in Spokane.

Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Factoria Building), at 4200 124th Avenue S.E., Bellevue.

Tom was born Dec. 9, 1952 in Renton, the son of Thomas A. and Eileen Dudley. Tom was a graduate of Auburn High School. He continued his education at Bates Technical College in Tacoma, where he received a degree in electronics. He worked in the electronics field for 30 years. Tom and Janna (Schweikart) Dudley were married in Tacoma in 1978. They resided in the Tacoma and Everett areas for 21 years before settling in Moses Lake in 1998 until Janna's death in 2005. Tom remained in Moses Lake until his death.

His greatest joys were his family and his love of various radio-controlled hobbies for over 30 years. He also enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling.

Tom was preceded in death by his son Sean Dudley in 2003, daughter Linda Dudley in 2000, his parents, sister Marlene and brother Edward.

Tom is survived by his daughter Brianne and her husband Steve Robey of Moses Lake, fiancee Linda Taylor of Moses Lake, sister Kathryn and husband Jim Pate of Delta, Ala., three grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, close family friends and many others that called him "dad."
