Sealed bids will be received at City Hall, 321 South Balsam Street, (P.O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until September 12, 2006, 10:00 A.M., for the above-named equipment. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with "GPS Equipment" marked plainly thereon.

Copies of specifications are on file at City Hall and may be obtained at the above address. Only bids from those who have obtained specifications will be accepted.
