Notice of Application and Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance was received on July 31, 2006 from Henry & Sherron Wood, 843 Sundance Rd SE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-989-4078; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 21, 2006. PROJECT: A variance to reduce the 25' front yard setback to 19 feet for the placement of a home and to 11 feet for the placement of a 28' x 30'garage in the Agricultural zone. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject area is 10653 Handicap Dr., Warden,WA 98857, Also known as Lot #13 of Sage Hill Estates Division #2 located in a portion of the SE 1/4 of S 26, T 17 N, R 29 E, WM, Grant County, WA. (parcel #06-1787-000) ZONING: Agriculture Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustments hearing, 7 pm, September 13, 2006 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
