NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 30, 2006 at 9:20 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from Paul Jones to change two parcels totaling 2.00-acres from Urban Residential 3 to Urban Residential 2. Area is located in the NW corner of the intersection of Dick Rd NE and Rd G.6 NE, in the Urban Growth Area boundary of Moses Lake, and in the NE quarter of S 8, T 19 N, R 28 E (parcel nos. 311685000 and 311686000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
