NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 30, 2006 at 2:00 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from Richard Penhallurick to change two parcels totaling 23.18-acres from Urban Residential 3 to Urban Residential 2. Area is located at 2468 Elgin Rd, within the Urban Growth Area boundary of Moses Lake, and located in the SE quarter of S 20, T 19 N, R 28 E (parcel nos. 170760000 and 170761000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
