Junior Max Epperson

Junior Max Epperson went to be with his Lord and Savior Aug. 13.

Max was born Jan. 28, 1955, in Neck City, Miss.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Max and Betty Epperson; and his brother, Butch.

Max leaves behind his loving wife of 30 years, Victoria; his four children, Ryan Epperson, Angie (John) Presley, Gina (Devon) Stephens, and Russell Epperson; three grandchildren, Brittney Presley, and Michael and Jacob Stephens. He is also survived by his two brothers, Gary and Norman Epperson; and two sisters, Debbie Epperson and Rita Vertre.

He was also loved dearly by father-in-law and mother-in-law, Steve and Wilma Cook.

He has numerous nieces and nephews whom were all close to his heart and too many friends to count.

Max was a Vietnam vet who served in the U.S. Army overseas and at home.

For 20 years Max worked in the public schools.

He was a friend to anyone who needed him.

Our father will be greatly missed.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m., Aug. 26 at the Light and Life Fellowship Church, 935 West Valley Road Moses Lake.

A potluck reception will follow.
