NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 12, 2006 at 11:30 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Rezone application from Don Milbrandt to change 96-acres from Agriculture to Rural Residential 1. The site is located in a portion of S 28, T 22 N, R 26 E, W M (parcel nos. 161953000, 161954000, and 161956000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
