NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 12, 2006 at 3:30 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Rezone application from the Naomi Cordell Estate to change a 55.94-acre parcel from Rural Residential 3 to Urban Residential 2. The subject area is located south of Maple Drive, west of Wenatchee Drive, east of Stratford Rd and north of Sagedale Rd, north of Moses Lake; and is a portion of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of S 11, T 19 N, R 28 E, W M (parcel no. 170485000). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
