NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Conditional Use Permit application was received from Gail and Steve Adair and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 14, 2006. PROJECT: The request is for the operation a Hospitality Commercial Establishment, Transient Guest house/Residence Project #06-4553., LOCATION: 1670 Fairway Drive, Moses Lake, S 30, T 19 N, R 28E. WM. Grant County, WA. (Parcel No. 17-0861-022) ZONING: Urban Residential-2. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Grant County Hearing Examiner public hearing, 12 pm, September 13, 2006, in the County Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony for or against this proposal. Copies of the application materials (File #06-4553) are available from Billie M. Sumrall, Project Planner, at the Grant County Planning Department at 32 C St. NW, Room 26a, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011, extension 396; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm September 11, 2006 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
