NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 30, 2006 at 9:00 am in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Reasonable Use Exception application from Nancy Frederick to allow construction of a single-family residence on a 1.87-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district. The parcel does not meet the 40-acre minimum lot size requirement. Subject parcel is located a quarter mile west of the intersection of Mae Valley Rd and Rd B-NE, and is located in the NE quarter of S 29, T 19 N, R 27 E (parcel no. 2113347006). Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
