WASHINGTON STATE MIGRANT COUNCIL (WSMC), a private non-profit organization, is in the process of Developing and Expanding Child Development Facilities in Franklin, Grant, Okanogan, Skagit, Walla Walla and Yakima Counties. As part of the expansion project, WSMC will be seeking bids for School Buses, Portable Classroom/Kitchen Buildings, Commercial Appliances, Furniture and Equipment.
