Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit was received on July 13, 2006 from Royal Bluff Ranch II, LLC (Designated Contact: Dennis Simpson, 19501 SR 195, Pullman, WA 99163, 509-334-5110); and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of August 7, 2006. PROJECT: A Conditional Use Permit for the expansion of a small-scale recreation and tourism development on a 480-acre parcel. The expansion proposes to allow a minimum of 600 square ft of accessory structures (storage shed or garage) for 17 seasonal hunting cabins. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject property is 3414 Lower Crab Creek RD, Othello, WA, ~ 4.5 miles southeast of Royal City; and is a portion of Sections 28; Township 16 North; Range 26 East; Willamette Meridian, Grant County Washington. (parcel # 16-0157-000) ZONING: Agriculture. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner, 12 pm, September 13, 2006 in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, at the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
