Notice is hereby given that request for Variance received July 24, 2006 from Bret & Rachel Sumner of 1116 Hayden Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837, (509)764-0401 was found technically complete and preliminarily appears consistent with UDC and other applicable state and local requirements as of August 3, 2006. PROJECT: Proponents are seeking Variance to 4-ft. front yard height restriction and to 6-ft. side/rear yard height restriction for fences as defined in UDC 23.08.020(f). Proponents would like to construct 16-ft. high x 150-ft. long block retaining wall along west property line of subject parcel. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: Subject parcel is 7803 Dune Lake Rd. SE, Moses Lake, WA, in NW quarter of S.9, T. 18N, R.28E, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #12-0154-345). ZONING: Agriculture. Required mitigation will be pursuant to UDC. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment hearing, 7 pm, September 13, 2006, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
