Roster for Vendors

Small Works Roster

Notice is hereby given that the Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1, d.b.a. Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center has established a Roster of Vendors for purchase of materials, supplies, or equipment not connected to a public works project in an amount between $5,000 and $15,000 as established by statutes and to be published twice a year.

Notice is also given that the Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1, d.b.a Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center has established a Small Works Roster as follows:

1) The Small Works Roster notice will be solicited once a year.

2) Contractors that meet our criteria may be added to the roster at any time during the year.

3) Lincoln County Public Hospital District No. 1 will have one general roster.

4) Small Works Roster candidate may submit their references electronically to walterv1@omhc.org.

5) Projects which have an estimated cost of less than $100,000 must solicit bids from at least five contractors.

6) All contractors on the small works roster must be notified of the availability of projects with estimated cost between $100,000 and $200,000.

All interested vendors and contractors are hereby invited to submit an application. Applications will be accepted for three weeks after the date of publication for inclusion on the 2006 roster.
