NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 22, 2006 at 3:30 pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding an application from Ron Clemenshaw for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Preliminary Subdivision of 107-acres into ninety-two tracts, with an emphasis on equestrian related activites. The subject area is the Crescent Ridge Ranch located on a bench above the Sunserra Resort in the Crescent Bar Recreational Area on the N side of Crescent Bar Rd and is a portion of SW quarter of S 18, T 20 N, R 23 E, W M, Crescent Bar, Quincy, WA. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
