Joseph Irvin Herrud passed away Monday, July 31 at his home in Royal City with his loving dog Rommel 2 by his side. He was born in Nyssa, Ore. Aug. 21, 1941. Funeral services will be held at Royal Chapel in Royal Camp at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4. Services provided by Kayser's Chapel of Memories.
