ADDITIONS TO

CHEIF MOSES MIDDLE SCHOOL

Sealed bids will be received by the Moses Lake School District, Board of Trustees, at the Moses Lake School District Special Services Board Room, W.1318 Ivy Avenue, Moses Lake, WA, for the Additions to Chief Moses Middle School.

Sealed bids must be receveived by 4:00 p.m. prevailing local time on April 27, 2006, and must be marked Sealed Bid - Additions to Chief Moses Middle School. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at 4:00 p.m. prevailing local time on April 27, 2006.

General contractors and subcontractors may obtain contract documents from Architects West, 210 E. Lakeside Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814, by depositing Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per set. Plan deposits will be returned to actual General and Subcontractor bidders upon return of all contract documents; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that said plans are returned in good, unmarked and unmutilated condition within ten (10) days after the time set for receiving bids. No other plan deposits will be refunded. A complete set of contact documents will also be filed with:

Pursuant to RCW 39.06 the bidder shall be registered or licensed as required by the laws of the State of Washington, including but not limited to RCW 18.27. No bidder may withdraw his bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 30 days.

The Moses Lake School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive all claims, informalities or irregularities in the bidding or to reject or accept any or all bids or any part of a single bid, which do not affect the essential fairness of the bidding process, to make awards in the interest of the Moses Lake School District, and to accept the bid deemed best overall for Moses Lake School District.
