An ordinance creating Chapter 10.48 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Automated Traffic Enforcement"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which authorizes the use of automated traffic safety cameras.

This ordinance, which was passed on April 11, 2006 will be in force five days after publication.
