Professional Engineering Services

Public Utility District #2 of Grant County Washington is requesting submission of qualifications to provide Professional Engineering Services to Evaluate the District's Elevator Systems Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.

These qualifications are:

I. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS-20%

A. Management Plan

B. Capabilities of Firm

C. Response Time

D. Cost Control Experience

II. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE-75%

A. Client List and Client References (5%)

B. Equivalent Projects and Services (10%)

C. Key Personnel Qualifications and Relevant Experience (50%)

D. Support Services Organization and Capabilities (10%)

III. ACCESSIBILITY TO DISTRICT AND PROJECT SITES-5%
