An ordinance amending Chapter 12.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Street Construction or Improvement Reimbursement Charges"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes a reimbursement schedule for street improvements on Wapato Drive.

This ordinance, which was passed on September 27, 2005 became effective immediately.
