Ordinance No. 2233

An ordinance amending Chapter 12.28 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Fences, Walls, and Hedges"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which amends provides that fences, walls, or hedges located outside the city right-of-way shall not create a traffic hazard by obstructing the view of traffic and shall not obstruct pedestrian movement.

This ordinance, which was passed on September 13, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
