Architectural Services

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

In accordance with State Law, the City of Moses Lake hereby gives the following public notice:

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ's) are requested from architects interested in providing architectural services to design a 1.2 mile nature trail, including a 1,600 board walk, along Moses Lake. Project estimate is $500,000.

Firms interested in providing professional architectural services for this work must submit a letter of interest, standard form 330, a 10-year history for this type of work, and resumes for the key people that will be involved on this project. All project work must be in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and ordinances, and must be stamped by an architect licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 12 double-sided pages. Submit SOQ's to Gary Harer, PE/PLS, City of Moses Lake, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837. SOQ's must be received or postmarked by 5:00 p.m. September 30, 2005. The consultant selection will be based on the submitted information.
