An ordinance amending Chapter 19.06 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Classification and Designation of Wetlands and Regulations for the Conservation and Protection of Wetlands"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which brings the ordinance into compliance with state law.

This ordinance, which was passed on October 25, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
