NOTICE OF DETERMINATION

OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Moses Lake issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Gandee dock and boat lift - Install a 10' x 25' dock and boat lift. The proponents are Rick and Nancy Gandee. The site is located at 1510 Marina Drive in the R-3, Multi-family Residential Zone.

After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the City of Moses Lake, the SEPA Responsible Official has determined this proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2) the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of determination. Comments on the DNS must be submitted by Nov. 9, 2005 to the Responsible Official.
