Geotechnical and Structural Engineering Services

In accordance with State Law, the City of Moses Lake hereby gives the following public notice.

Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) are requested from firms interested in providing the following:

Geotechnical and Structural Engineering analysis of a geotechnical investigation and the foundation design of an existing City standpipe (Reservoir #7) and services to prepare a geotechnical investigation for a proposed standpipe.

SOQ's shall include, at a minimum, listings of similiar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work. All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirements, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 12 double sided pages and shall include form 330. Additional information may be included as an addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms. Please submit SOQ's to Shawn O'Brien, PE, City of Moses Lake, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837. SOQ's must be received or postmarked by 5:00 p.m. November 8, 2005.
