This is a lawsuit to quiet title to the following described property in which the Defendants have, or may claim, some right to the Plaintiff:

Lot 11, Knolls Vista Thirteenth Addition to Moses Lake, as per plat recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, page 36, records of Grant County, Washington.
