NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL HE HELD, on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 by the Grant County Planning Commission regarding the amendment of the Rural Areas of More Intensive Development (RAID) identified in the Comprehensive Plan as Moses Lake 10, located at the intersection of I-90 and O Road NE, Township 19, Range 29, Section 33 EWM, Grant County. This review and action is mandated by the Final Decisions and Orders (Case #'s 99-1-0016 & 99-1-0019) of the Eastern Washington Growth Management Hearings Board. The public hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room on the second floor of the Grant County Court House in Ephrata, Washington 98823, at which time any person or persons may appear and be heard either for or against the proposal. Copies of the proposal are available from the Grant County Planning Department, P.O. Box 37, (332 W. Division), Ephrata WA 98823. Written comments may be submitted no later than 12 p.m. November 2, 2005 to the above address.
