NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC HOSPITAL DISTRICT NO. 3

OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON

The Board of Commissioners of Public Hospital District No. 3, Grant County, Washington will hold a special public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the District's 2006 proposed budget which includes the regular and excess property tax levies to be collected in 2006 and any other business which may come before the Board. The hearing will be held at the Conference Room of Columbia Basin Hospital, 200 Southeast Boulevard, Ephrata, Washington on November 28, 2005 beginning at 6:30 pm.

This Notice is given pursuant to RCW 42.30.080.
