Floral shop in flames Wednesday night
MOSES LAKE — Moses Lake Floral burned in a fire Wednesday night.
Moses Lake Fire Department Captain Phil Walker said the cause of the blaze is currently under investigation by Fire Marshal Bret Bastian. The building, however, has been turned over to the owners, because the scene investigation has been completed.
The floral shop is located at 115 W. Third Ave., where the fire department was dispatched about 7:44 p.m. after a call from a bystander, Walker said.
The damage was confined to the floral shop, he said.
About 12 firefighters from the MLFD controlled the blaze after 15 minutes, he said.
