John A. Shaw

John A. Shaw passed away on Nov. 10 in Soap Lake after a long illness. He was born in Seattle on Oct. 22,1922.

John is survived by his wife Dolly; two daughters, Cynthia Shaw of Ellensburg and Shelby Shaw of Vista, Calif.; two step-children, Nancy Hammond and Duane Noble; six step-grandsons; two grandchildren, Jeremy Parker and Tiffany Heger; and one great-grandson.

He served in the Navy in the South Pacific during World War II. He was in the sheet metal trade, and liked fishing and hunting. He will be greatly missed by all.

In his memory, contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.

Interment will be at the Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 S.E. 240th St. in Kent at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 2.
