The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at Oral Public Auction a tract of land containing 212.02 acres, more or less, described as that portion of the E2 lying north and east of the East Low Canal, Section 16, Township 16 North, Range 30 East, W.M., Adams County containing 192.9 irrigated acres. Annual Rent will be $27,694.64. Lease covenants may be examined at the Adams County Courthouse in Ritzville, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.
