Oct. 23, 1920 - Nov. 10, 2005

Gladys Williams passed away in Moses Lake, at the age of 85.

Born in Queen City, Texas, she resided in Seattle until relocating to the Hearthstone Retirement Inn in Moses Lake in 2002. She was a supervisor of food services for Seattle Public Schools until her retirement in 1987. Her creative talents were endless but making sure her guests were well fed was what she valued most. She enjoyed her affiliations with the Ballard Eagles Lodge in Seattle and the Lake City Foursquare Church in Moses Lake, but her devotion to her family was her focus.

She is survived by her son, Jim (Susan) Williams, Moses Lake; daughter Nancy (John) Domde, Danville, Calif.; seven grandchildren and their spouses and 11 great-grandchildren. Her husband of 52 years, Robert preceded her in death in 1997.

Two memorials will be held in Moses Lake on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Hearthstone Retirement Inn and at 4:30 p.m. at the Lake City Foursquare Church.
