NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the preliminary budget for the Port of Moses Lake (Grant County Port District No. 10) for Calendar Year 2006, has been prepared and placed on file by the Board of Commissioners of said Port District, which would include the implementation of the Port's tax levy. A copy of said budget will be furnished to any taxpayer who will call at the Port Administration Office, 7810 Andrews St. N.E., Suite 200, Moses Lake, WA.

The Board of Commissioners of the Port of Moses Lake will meet on Monday, November 28, 2005, at 2:00 p.m., local time, in the Terminal Building, Grant County International Airport, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing and adopting the final budget for Calendar Year 2006. At the above time and place, any taxpayer may appear to be heard for or against any part of said budget.
