NOTICE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISCHARGE PERMIT APPLICATION AND PROPOSED RENEWAL OF PERMIT NO. ST 5382
TAKE NOTICE:
Oregon Potato Company, d/b/a Washington Potato Company, located in Warden, Washington has applied for a renewal of its State Waste Discharge Permit (No. ST5382) according to the provisions of Chapter 90.48 RCW and Chapter 173-216 WAC. The permit will allow the discharge of pretreated process wastewater associated with its potato dehydration process to the city of Warden's industrial wastewater treatment facility. The average daily discharge from the processing facility is approximately 600,000 gallons per day.
Interested agencies, organizations or persons desiring to express their views or to be notified of the Department's action on this application and subsequent permit should write to, Water Quality Permit Coordinator, Department of Ecology, 4601 N. Monroe St., Spokane, WA 99205, of their interest within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication of this notice. Publication dates of this notice are November 8 and November 15, 2005.
