Request for Proposals #230-2173 for

Professional Fire Protection Engineering Services

Public Utility District #2 of Grant County Washington is requesting submission of qualifications for Professional Fire Protection Engineering Services to provide an evaluation of existing equipment and design changes to existing priest Rapids Dam transformer sprinkler systems. Firms must meet a minimum set of qualifications in order to be considered for evaluation pursuant to RCW 39.80.

These qualifications are:

I. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS - 20%

A. Capabilities of Firm

B. Response Time

C. Cost Control Experience

II. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - 75%

A. Client List and Client References

B. Equivalent Projects and Services

C. Key Personnel Qualifications and Relevant Experience

D. Support Services Organization and Capabilities

E. Experience with the District

III. ACCESSIBILITY TO DISTRICT AND PROJECT SITES - 5%

A. Availability to get to Grant County and the required sites as needed during the process.
