NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF

APPLICATION & SEPA DETERMINATION

Grant County Planning Department has withdrawn the following land use application and SEPA Determination of Non-Significance regarding an amendment to the Unified Development Code (UDC) Chapter 24.12.020 Shoreline Master Program, Chapter V -Definitions, Substantial Development. The previously scheduled land use application will not be considered before the Grant County Planning Commission on November 2, 2005.
