Ordinance No. 2208

An ordinance amending Chapter 13.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water and Sewer Connections"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which deletes sections 13.08.010, 13.08.020, 13.08.100, 13.08.110, 13.08.120, 13.08.125, and 13.08.130 from Chapter 13.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 24, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
