An ordinance deleting Chapter 13.06 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water Regulations" and creating Chapter 13.07 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water Regulations"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which deletes Chapter 13.06 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water Regulations" and creates Chapter 13.07 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Water Regulations".

This ordinance, which was passed on May 24, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
