An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1740- which amended ordinance 1740 creating a planned unit residential development district of Moses Lake pursuant to Moses Lake Municipal Code 18.22.020 (B) and Moses Lake Municipal Code 18.67.

The Moses Lake City Council amended the Marina Shores Planned Unit Residential Development of District bey eliminating the requirement for liability insurance.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 24, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
