NOTICE TO MATERIAL SUPPLIERS

Sealed bids plainly marked "Quote for Central Shop Heating System Retrofit" will be received by Grant County at the office of the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 37, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington 98823, until 5:00 P.M., Friday, June 3, 2005 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for supplying the specified materials.

Plans, specifications and quote documents may be obtained from the Public Works Department at no charge. Informational copies of the maps, plans, and specifications are on file for inspection at the Public Works Department of Grant County, 124 Enterprise St. SE, Ephrata, WA 98823.

The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, reserve the right to reject any and all quote. The award of this proposal, if made, may be made in whole or in part as determined to be in the best interest of Grant County.

The improvement for which bids will be received follows:

Central Shop Heating System Retrofit

This proposal provides for furnishing and installing a propane heating system at the Grant County Public Works Central Shop located in Ephrata, WA and other work in accordance with the specifications.
