FOR THREE SEPARATE EQUIPMENT PACKAGES

Separate Sealed Bids for the purchase of:

_ 5,000 Tons Per Hour (TPH) Rotary Snow Blower

_ Airport Sweeper

_ 4x4 All-Wheel-Drive Cab-Forward Multipurpose Snow Removal Chassis with 20-Foot Reversible Hi-Cast Plow Attachment and Optional 18-Foot Broom

(AIP No. 03-53-0039-30), addressed to Port of Moses Lake, Grant County International Airport, 7810 Andrews Street NE, Moses Lake, Washington 98837, will be received at the office of Craig L. Baldwin, Executive Manager (Owner), until 2:00 pm, local time, on the 13th day of June, 2005. Any Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.

Bids will then be publicly opened and read.

The Project contemplated consists of acquisition of:

_ 5,000 Tons Per Hour (TPH) Rotary Snow Blower

_ Airport Sweeper

_ 4x4 All-Wheel-Drive Cab-Forward Multipurpose Snow Removal Chassis with 20-Foot Reversible Hi-Cast Plow Attachment and Optional 18-Foot Broom

The Work for the Airport Sweeper will be completed in all respects within 90 calendar days from the date when the Bid is awarded. The Work for the other two pieces of equipment shall be completed within 270 calendar days from the date when the Bid is awarded.

Bidding Documents may be examined in Owner's office, 7810 Andrews Street NE, Moses Lake, Washington 98837, or at Engineer's office, CH2M HILL, 825 NE Multnomah, Suite 1300, Portland, Oregon 97232. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Engineer's office upon payment (check or money order only) of $25.00 for each individual set of documents. Return of the documents is not required, and the amount paid for the documents is nonrefundable.

Include check or money order in the amount noted above, plus $15.00 per item for express shipping, if desired.

Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders.

The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents.

In order to submit a Bid on public work, Bidders and their Subcontractors shall hold such licenses and registrations as required by State Statutes and Codes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations.

Bidders will be required to comply with State of Washington RCW 39.30.060 relating to identification of Subcontractors.
