An ordinance creating Chapter 16.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Fire Department Permit Fees"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes fees for certain activities, operations, or functions requiring Fire Department permits.

This ordinance, which was passed on May 10, 2005 will be in force five days after publication.
