Notice is hereby given that a request for a Conditional Use Permit was received on April 12, 2005 from Neal & Laurie Sundesten, 16695 DE 34th ST, Bellevue, WA 98008, (425) 747-7143; and was found to be technically complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of May 4, 2005. PROJECT: A Conditional Use permit application to GCC 23.04.405, Table 5,.f30). The applicant is seeking to construct a 3,540 sq. ft airplane hanger in a Rural Village R-1 zone; SEPA: Exempt ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Variance to size of structure. STUDIES REQUIRED: None LOCATION: The site address of the subject area is 213 Airport Way, Desert Aire, WA, also known as, lot 15 of the Desert Aire #7 plat; and is a portion of S 22, T 14 N, R 23 E, WM, Grant County, WA. (parcel #'s 02-1674-000) ZONING: Rural Village Residential 1. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING. Hearing Examiner hearing, 12:00 pm, June 8, 2005 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, at the Grant Count Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
