NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Planning Department has received and found the following land use application to be technically complete as of March 25, 2005 and ready for processing, public review and comment.

1. A Conditional Use Permit from John Wixson for the placement of an animal kennel in the Rural Residential 1 Zone of Grant County. The site address of the subject proposal is 7904 Neppel Rd NE and is located approximately five (5) miles northwest of the Moses Lake; and is a portion of Section 25; Township 20 N; Range 27 E, WM; Grant County Washington (Parcel No. 16-1677-024).

The above land use application shall be considered before the Grant County Hearing Examiner at an open record public hearing at 12 p.m. on May 11, 2005 in the Commissioner's Hearing Room in the Grant County Courthouse. Copies of the application materials (File No. 05-4032) in the above proposed land use action are available from the Grant County Planning Department, 32 C St. NW, Room 13, PO Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011, extension 624. Comments must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. April 15, 2005, to the identified project planner at the above address. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, personally delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law.
