LEGAL NOTICE

The Grant County Board of Health will hold a public hearing in the Public Works meeting room at 124 Enterprise St. SE in Ephrata on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to adopt Ordinance 2005-1 & Ordinance 2005-2, amendment to the fee schedule and new food regulations. Anyone wishing to comment regarding this matter should appear at the meeting.
