NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW Beverly, Washington until 2:30 P.M., on April 25,2005 for Construction of Wanapum Future Unit Fish Bypass as more fully described in Contract Documents #330-2023.

Mandatory Site Inspection for all prospective Bidders is scheduled for April 13, 2005 at 10:00A.M. at Wanapum Hydro Administration Offices, located at 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW in Beverly Washington 99321. Arrangements will be made by the District to allow prospective Bidders access to the equipment for the purpose of making preliminary inspections on those dates. Only those Bidders that attend the Mandatory Site Inspection will be allowed to submit a Bid; therefore the Bidders are advised to plan their inspections and preliminary measurements for the dates specified above.

On the above date, the bids will be opened and read aloud at the District's Office located at 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW, Beverly Washington, 98823. All Bids shall be subject to and shall comply with the "Instructions to Bidders" contained in the Contract Documents, copies of which are available at our Ebid site http://grantpud.ebidsystems.com. When reaching this site you will need to register as a new vendor if you are not already on our electronic vendor system.
