Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development & Conditional Use Permit) and SEPA Checklist were received on February 18, 2005 from Jim Greer (Designated Contact: Eldon Broughton, 2403 Westshore Drive, Moses Lake, WA 98837, 509-750-9051); and were found to be technically complete and preliminarily appear to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of March 7, 2005. PROJECT: 12' x 40' dock and 9' x 10' boatlift on Moses Lake. SEPA: MDNS issued March 11, 2005. LOCATION: 2738 Wild Goose RD, Moses Lake, Lot 9 of the Wild Goose Point Subdivision; a portion of the NW qtr of S 20, T 19 N, R 28 E, WM, Grant County, WA. (Parcel #12-11326-209) SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Suburban. ZONING: Urban Residential 3. Required mitigation will be pursuant to the Unified Development Code. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 623; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm April 21, 2005 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. Any person has the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the SEPA MDNS and Shoreline Permits.
