City of Moses Lake Notice of Closed Record Appeal

The Sage Vista 2nd Addition Preliminary Major Plat, a 60-lot subdivision on 14.14 acres in the R-1 Single Family Zone, was approved by the Planning Commission on February 24, 2005. The site is a portion of the W 1/2 NE SE, S16-T19N-R28E, located south of Valley Road, north of Virginia Street, and west of Mississippi Drive.

The Planning Commission's decision has been appealed; therefore this matter will not become final until adjudicated by the City Council or the appeal is withdrawn. The City Council will conduct a closed record appeal on April 12, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street. Interested persons are invited to attend; however no new information is allowed to be presented.
