PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Resolution 2005-196-CC Order of Sale that Grant County will sell at Public Auction for cash or on legal contract on March 25, 2005 commencing at 9:00 AM in the lobby above the courthouse steps in the Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington to dispose of county property declared surplus on March 30, 2004, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot 3 GCPWD SP #1 15-56 with improvements and irrigation equipment. (50.22 acres)

Parcel 31-2558-102. Minimum bid $85,000 plus costs.

The above described property will not be sold for less than the amount set opposite the description of the property. A deed will be issued following full payment of the purchase price.
