NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD March 30, 2005 at 2:00 pm in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Preliminary Plat and SEPA Environmental Checklist for the subdivision of a 108.07 (+/-) acre parcel into 21 lots for Bill Cowin.. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
